After the trade show, the real work begins.
You’ve met interesting people, collected business cards and made plans. But meanwhile other exhibitors are approaching your prospects too, and a week later nobody remembers who was who. A handwritten card reminds people of your meeting and makes the next step easy.
- After the show, every follow-up email looks the same.
- Other exhibitors are chasing the same people.
- Warm contacts go cold within a week.
- Every contact gets a card that picks up on your conversation, with a clear next step.
Before, after and long after the trade show.
Three sales moments, each with its own message.
Invite prospects
Personally invite relevant companies to visit your stand or to a meeting booked in advance.
- Meetings already in the diary
- The right visitors on your stand
- Schedule it in advance
Follow up on conversations
Send every visitor a card that picks up on your conversation, their interest or the information they asked for.
- Picks up on your conversation
- A unique QR code per contact
- Stands out from the follow-up emails
Re-engage contacts
Get back in touch with prospects who haven’t taken a next step since the show, with a fresh, relevant reason.
- Only people who haven’t responded yet
- A new reason to get in touch
- Automatically from your CRM
A handwritten card gets a different kind of attention.
A card isn’t buried among twenty notifications. It lands on the doormat, gets picked up and often stays around for a while. And because Lightr really writes it on paper with a real pen, it doesn’t come across as yet another automated marketing message.
That way your visitor remembers your conversation, not just another business card from the pile. No handwriting font, just real ink on paper.
In the diary before the show, talking business after it.

From trade show conversation to follow-up meeting, within a week.
At a trade show you talk to a lot of people. Afterwards, you group them by interest: who wants a demo, who wants a quote and who’s for later. In the week after the show, each group gets a card that picks up on the conversation, with a QR code to the next step.

How quickly does the card arrive?
Orders of fewer than 2,500 cards are dispatched within two to three working days and delivered by post within seven days of purchase. For larger quantities, you’ll see the current schedule in the platform.
Can each recipient have their own QR code?
Yes, if you like. The QR code is free and it’s up to you whether it goes on the card. With a unique code for each recipient, you can see whether and when it’s been scanned.
How do I send you my addresses?
Add recipients one by one or upload your own CSV or Excel file as it is. The mapping tool lets you match the columns to the right fields.
Can every recipient get a different text?
Yes. Every card can have its own text, not just a different first name. You add the text for each recipient through your list or integration.
What is the minimum number of cards I need to send?
You can start with a single card. Activating an account is free and needs no credit card; you pay per mailing.
What happens to my customers’ data?
The data is stored in the Netherlands. You set the retention period yourself, with a minimum of twenty days. After that, personal data is anonymised. Want to change the retention period? Just get in touch.
