How does Lightr know a milestone has been reached?
Your own system tells us. If your CRM, online shop or HR system can send a webhook on a trigger, Lightr starts the card automatically. Without an integration, you upload a list or send the card yourself from the platform.
Does it work for customers and employees?
Yes. It works the same way: you choose the milestone, the recipients and the message. For fixed HR moments such as a first day or work anniversary, there’s a separate page about employees.
Can every recipient get a different text?
Yes. Every card can have its own text, not just a different first name. You add the text for each recipient through your list or integration.
Can I include a gift card?
Yes, via Giffy. The gift card is linked to the recipient’s email address and becomes available as soon as the QR code on the card is scanned. This requires an email address for each contact.
What is the minimum number of cards I need to send?
You can start with a single card. Activating an account is free and needs no credit card; you pay per mailing.
What happens to my customers’ data?
The data is stored in the Netherlands. You set the retention period yourself, with a minimum of twenty days. After that, personal data is anonymised. Want to change the retention period? Just get in touch.
