How does a Lightr gift card work?
The card has a QR code on it. When the recipient scans it, the gift card is released and sent to their email address, where they choose their own gift. Lightr works with Giffy on this.
Can I start straight away?
Yes. With Giffy’s general gift shop, you can add a gift card to your card straight away, even for a single card. View all gifts.
What can the recipient choose?
Anything from Bol.com and Thuisbezorgd to a HEMA voucher or a charity donation. The recipient chooses.
What if the recipient doesn’t claim the gift?
If the gift hasn’t been claimed within 30 days, it’s sent automatically to the recipient’s email address.
What if someone else scans the QR code?
The voucher always goes to the recipient’s own email address, even if someone else scans the code.
When does the gift card become active?
Only once the card has been written and sent.
What is the minimum amount?
Gift cards start from €5.
