How quickly does the card arrive?
Orders of fewer than 2,500 cards are dispatched within two to three working days and delivered by post within seven days of purchase. For larger quantities, you’ll see the current schedule in the platform.
Is an envelope included?
The folded card in an envelope shown here includes the envelope. For other formats, the calculator on the pricing page shows what’s included.
Can the cards be sent to our office first?
Yes. With bulk delivery, the whole shipment goes to one address. With a batch, Lightr sends the cards directly to the recipients.
Can I send cards abroad?
Yes: within the Netherlands, the EU and the rest of the world, even mixed in a single campaign.
Can I still change an order?
You can do that until the order has been purchased in the platform. After that, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
How much text fits on a card?
Up to 250 characters on an A6 postcard, 350 on a folded A6, 450 on an A5, 400 on a square card, 550 on a flat or folded A5, and 900 on an A4 letter.
