The challenge

From printing it all yourself to fully automatic.

The owner used to send out the MOT (APK) reminders himself: printing the letters, addressing them and taking them to the post. It already worked well, but it took time and attention every month.

When he tried handwritten cards, he found they worked better than the printed letters.

What happened

Set up once, then it all runs by itself.

Customers whose MOT is due receive a written A5 postcard with a QR code they can use to book an appointment straight away.

The cards are scheduled automatically. The owner doesn’t have to give them another thought.

The results

More than 30% of appointments via the QR code.

At least 30% of MOT appointments are booked directly via the QR code on the card.
